Jordan Roy is a New York-based Attorney focused on IP/Entertainment counsel, Criminal Defense, and Real Estate transactions.

After studying Criminology and Sociology at Brooklyn College, Jordan attended law school at the University of Montana, completing his JD in 2014.

He then went to work as Legal Counsel for Falcon Media Consulting, where he performed daily intellectual property and script review for multiple cable TV shows (TBS, CNBC),  drafted and negotiated agreements for artists and production companies, and supervised music licensing for broadcast TV shows (NBC) & film productions.

In 2017 he became a member of the New York State Bar, and set up a solo practice focused on diligently representing clients from NYC to Albany and everywhere between. Relevant experience has included preliminary hearings, pre-trial conferences, and trials in misdemeanor, traffic, foreclosure, and immigration matters.  Further expertise includes performing real estate closings, and drafting asset purchase agreements on behalf of both buyers and sellers.

He is licensed to practice law in New York, and lives in the Hudson Valley.
